I would tell you a 100% Working Trick   for getting a  Confirmed Tatkal Ticket  within 3 minutes of starting of booking. All you have to do is to follow these points : An android phone with  IRCTC Rail Connnect   and UPI enabled (e.g Gpay) installed You Should have a user account in it You should enter all passengers details in your account before one hour of Tatkal booking including berth preference. Should login to your IRCTC and UPI payment app just 1 minute before booking starts. RAC means  Reservation against cancellation An RAC ticket will guarantee your travel  unlike an waiting to let where you are not allowed to travel, I.e. you'll be allowed to board the train and travel but you will not be allotted a seat.
